Climber Electric Hardtail Mountain Bike

I love my bike great communication throughout,kept me up to date every step of the way.
I found the manual was so easy to read worth the wait

I had to delay the delivery date which Mycle kindly accomodated. Great bike, seems really well built and the set up was easy. So far I'm really impressed with it and look forward to new adventures on my Climber.

Considering the wait time for the bike, ‘nearly a month’ i have to say the bike is great so far. A lot of bike for what i paid. great stuff mycle. looking forward to cycling more with it.

I was looking for an e-bike but was very suspicious of certain online offers which turned out to be illegal to use on the road and just too good to be true? I was working at a county show and saw the info on the Mycle stand, after a few company checks and without seeing the bikes I was sold, and was the first to buy one. The price I paid was an unbelievable £500. The company service has been fab and the bike has paid for itself over the summer, no fuel no parking, and I have lost weight as a bonus….

Go on, just buy one you know you want to, it is UK EAPC certified unlike those pizza fast speed delivery bikes. Okay you may have to wait for delivery but that’s good, it means they are built to order and set up properly, mine is as smooth to operate as a snakes inner thigh.

I eventually received my Mycle Climber after receiving a delivery date and being let down by the Delvery company twice.

When the bike arrived I was working away, so my wife handled the delivery. When I got home a few days later I duly unboxed the Mycle Climber bike only to find that there was a deep gouge along the Headtube right through and into the Aluminium and also a long 6 to 9 inch scratch down the seatpost.

I doubt that the bike had been assembled by a qualified mechanic as there were various items fitted incorrectly and some of the fittings had been overtightened ie the wrong tourqe setting, one had been slightly cross threaded.

I have made various phone calls and several emails trying to resolve this matter to no avail. I hope that I get a satisfactory resolution soon that might go someway to restoring my faith in Mycle as a company.

Really good customer service and communication from Mycle. Brilliant price for this level of spec. Impressively speedy delivery. Easy set up with good instructions. Climber is incredibly easy to ride. Used on roads and gravel tracks with a few short commutes so far. Great controls and info screen. The assist cuts in seamlessly flattening hills and allowing you to choose level of effort you exert. Brilliant having battery in seat post. Threaded connector is a fiddly option but makes seat adjustments easier. Bike needs mudguards but rack and front light included. Overall incredible package at this price. Well done Mycle.
