Comfort Electric Step Through Bike

My bike is amazing however customer service leaves a lot to be desired, after 3 weeks I chased delivery, told longer wait period due to high demand , understood as excellent value for money, was told now 6 weeks from order date. I chased again at 6 weeks as no contact made and was told the last frame in my colour ordered was damaged, I accepted a different colour if bike depiction the next 2 days , so 7 weeks after ordering I received my bike and in the original colour I ordered !!!!!!!!

Excellent build quality, got stuff on it that other expensive ebikes would have which I didn't expect at this price range. Love that the rear pannier frame is part of the bike and the same colour. Excellent bell and when the lights are on the make is illuminated as well. Their communication was okay but it was later than they purported and communication could have been more effective here but when I enquired they were quick to reassure me of what was happening so happy in that regard as well. My daughter is over the moon with it and I'm her favourite dad (of which she only has one 😆). Overall very happy with this purchase and if there are no mechanical issues over there next 12 months would consider buying another even at full price as this represents fabulous value for money.

I was surprised that the bikes arrived so quickly and I have to say assembly was quite easy but I didn't understand the way how to position the front wheel as my break plate was screwed very tight and I couldn't place it in between the plates. I had to watch Giant videos to understand how break plates are constructed to figure out what was wrong. It was just a coincidence that I found the silver round screw to make break plates looser. Better instruction would help.

The bike is fantastic!!! The hills doesn't exist, I love this bike, easy to use, pedal assistance significantly present at all levels, didn't managed ever reach the red level on the battery which means it holds for quite a long distance. I am impressed by the design, overall look and quality of this bike. I would say the best e-bike on the market. My one has suspension which is very important to me.

Absolutely delighted with my bike, took it out today for the first time, assembly was easy, and surprised by the power, comfortable seat, and easy to use gears. Super bike, and for the cost , unbelievable. Thankyou so much. X

Got this bike for my daughter's birthday, was very quick to assembly the only hitch I had was when putting on the front mud guard. The screws were fiddly to put in and as a result managed to thread one of the fittings, so is now held in place with a zip tie. Also the back mud guard seems a little out of kilter but I think this is because the mudguards are plastic and got bent (only slight) possibly from being packed. The build seems robust and the front brakes are catching a little but I presume they need bedding in. My daughter, however, is thrilled.
